At Klear innovations, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing lead to provide top support to our marketing and design team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day aspect of our design projects, driving creative workflow and maintaining operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in creating design and executing high-quality promotional materials and comprehensive web pages. Support multimedia projects, integrate elements of text, image, animation, video, and audio; develop concepts and templates for marketing and promotional projects.
- Provide expertise and recommendations for the design of college publications
- May oversee student workers and collaborate with other independent contractors in the development and maintenance of various marketing projects.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and trends on computer graphic design and publishing and web technologies.
- Manage project intake of design-related requests, assess resourcing and prioritization needs
- Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple design projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners
- Schedule creative reviews and other important team meetings, ensuring the right attendees are present, meetings start and finish on time, and recapping and distributing detailed notes
- Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger team
- Anticipate and manage potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions
- maintaining organization, finding efficiencies and building, improving and simplifying processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- A well-developed creative point of view, and the ability to identify strong ideas and executions.
- Patient
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative
- Finger on the pulse of creative culture and platforms. And have a deep bench of references from all different sources that could help inspire creative avenues.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography.
- Ability to steer campaign writing.
- Be a storyteller. One who compels people to want to hear more.
- Must have experience leading a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
