We are looking for a Dental Receptionist/Hygiene Coordinator for maternity leave. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who can work at the front desk greeting patients, optimizing the appointment schedule and processing payments.

Responsibilities include: Greeting Patients - Scheduling appointments and optimizing the hygiene schedule by ensuring the day is full. - Sending estimates and claims to insurance companies. - Billing and collecting payments for hygiene appointments. - Effectively managing recall system and accurately maintaining patient database. - Proficient with computers and familiarity with dental software is considered an asset. - Positive, enthusiastic and team player who can excel in a fast paced/multi tasking environment
- Monday to Friday with one evening a week - no weekends

*Wage - Based on Experience - TBD

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
