Working full time hours during the summer term, you’ll be able to maintain a healthy life/work balance serving our members in a collaborative environment. **What you’ll do**:

- Provide support for members through a variety of technology enabled means (such as by phone, web chat, live video)
- Provide financial advice that looks out for the mmebers’ best interest
- Complete transactions while providing outstanding member service
- Help prevent and solve banking problems for members
- Offer technological solutions through our robust digital banking tools

**What you’ve got**:

- A high school diploma and current enrollment in post-secondary

- Ample experience using digital tools and apps that can help our members with their banking (online banking, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
