Sona Constructor Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Bowmanville. We specialize in complex civil and infrastructure projects and are looking for a dedicated professional to help manage and support our field operations.

**Role Overview**
The Project Coordinator will be based on-site in the project trailer every day, supporting the project team with documentation, coordination, and compliance activities. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and manage **RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed **daily notes** and project documentation
- Support site management in **health and safety compliance and reporting**:

- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, consultants, and project managers
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and outstanding items
- Provide organizational support to ensure project efficiency and success

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar construction role
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, shop drawings, and construction documentation processes
- Familiarity with health and safety requirements and reporting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to commute to the Bowmanville site
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment
