**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the excution of sales initiatives, by providing recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of vehicle purchases and sale of protective options, based on standards of gross profit, volume and satisfaction of customers. Specifically:

- interac and consult with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase
- provide services to help customers obtain financing through lenders on vehicle purchases
- qualify buyers by understanding their vehicle purchasing, financing and/or insurance requirements
- present and describe vehicle after-sales products, ie. extended warranty, chemicals (rust proofing, paint protection), insurance, accessories; provide a thorough explanation of benefits that come with protection programs, such as vehicle service contracts
- source alternative and competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
- prepare any/all documentation for final delivery, ie. finance contracts, extended warranted contracts, insurance forms
- prepare all necessary and related funding, including license fees, down payment, finance or leasing funding

**About you**
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive or other related areas
- 2-3 Years experience as an F&I Manager or Lending specialist
- OMVIC License in good standing
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK), CRM (ie. OneEighty), and Microsoft Office software (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
