Server/bartender

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
- Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal offerings.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments is advantageous.
- Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing transactions effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills are necessary for managing tabs and calculating drink prices accurately.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
