Site Superintendents, Prince Albert and area, Saskatchewan

River North Construction 86’ Ltd is a general contracting company which specializes in lite industrial, commercial and multi family residential construction. River North is currently looking for Site Superintendentsto support these areas of our business. This position is based out of the Prince Albert, SK office but as a superintendent you will possibly need to be able to travel and work at remote sites all over Saskatchewan. Travel and LOA are paid. Vehicle will be provided.

We are looking for individuals that have experience in lite industrial, commercial and multi family residential construction. Experience with earthwork, concrete, forming, framing and subtrade coordination is required. Knowledge of excel, word and outlook a asset.

General Requirements:
Ability to identify and coordinate with labor, equipment, material, subtrades needed to efficiently complete projects

Ability to work with project manager in developing schedules related to assigned projects

Enforce company safety policies and OH&S requirements to all personnel onsite

Supervise crews and subcontractors on your assigned construction project

Ability to plan and communicate to subtrades and crew the required activities and schedule to complete the project

Computer skills a asset

Class 5 Drivers License

Journeyman ticket with red seal an asset.

Experience in framing and concrete an asset.

Completion of high school diploma.

Experience in industrial and commercial construction an asset.

Ability to work in remote locations on occasion
