**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and food handling practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
