Reporting to the PIO, Direct Ship & Accessory Procurement Supervisor, the Sales, Planning and Data Strategist will be responsible for identifying and executing sales strategies/ opportunities/promotions, analyzing pricing and inventory levels, launching new vehicle accessory programs, coordinating initial order deliveries with suppliers, managing accessory sales for outgoing vehicles and coordinating port installed options.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Research, develop and maintain a solid understanding of current market, products and trends to identify and execute sales opportunities and strategies
- Analyze current inventory trends and implement strategies and promotions for existing products to increase sales and prevent unsound inventory
- Collaborate with the Product Development and Quality teams to launch new accessories and coordinate initial order deliveries with Supply team and vendors
- Manage the timelines and deliverables to stakeholders and global partners to support business activities and department objectives
- Validate and execute price changes with associated downstream actions, including notification to customers and updating price lists
- Coordinate and report on sales activities, strategies, promotions and KPI
- Support our global partners and customers with sales, credits and logistics
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, suppliers and customers
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in automotive, marketing, business, sales or other related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent working skills with computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be team oriented, customer service focused and an automotive enthusiast
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
