**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the pharmacy operations by assisting pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include managing medication inventory, processing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and have a strong interest in pharmacy practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients.
- Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and addressing concerns related to medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with patients and staff.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is required.
- Experience with Kroll is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
