Currently we have an opportunity for **Produce Supervisor** at our 1909 Lawrence Ave., East location. Your skills that we need for our team are:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the produce area
- Hire and onboard new staff
- Train employees on produce preparation and proper use of equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all produce areas and displays are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
**Job Type**: Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
