Position Summary: We are looking IATF Lead Auditor. The IATF Lead Auditor is responsible for conducting, following up and monitoring the completion within the organization from its planning to its nonconformance / Corrective - Preventive action’s closure. The IATF Auditor Lead Auditor analyzes audits reports, make recommendations that are usable and workable for auditees and the Quality Department. All duties must be performed in a safe and appropriate manner and follow all IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Quality Manager to create and maintain policies, procedures and work instructions that are required to meet both the Company and the Quality Management System. Make revisions to policies, procedures or work instructions as requested by the Quality Manager and process champions and distribute them for approval.
- Ensures that the Quality management systems are effectively being maintained throughout the Company in accordance to IATF 16949:2016.
- Responsible for quality management systems Implementation / documentation training.
- Ensures that internal audits are being carried out by associates of those who have direct responsibility for the activity being audited.
- Participates in customer audits as requested
- Responsible for data collection and completion of monthly charts.
- Responsible for performing internal training for IATF 16949: 2016 standards.
- Provide customers with required documentation.
- Complete COPQ.
- Complete & Monitor supplier performance.
- Maintains the following web-portal systems
- Conflict Material Report

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of three years’ experience as Minimum of three years’ experience as a QMS Auditor in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of IATF 16949:2016
- University or College degree in Engineering / Quality
- Certified Internal Auditor (Preferably)
- Strong / methodical problem-solving skills - proficient in the 8D method and 5P method.
- Proficiency in related computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projecta QMS Auditor in an automotive manufacturing
