**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling service appointments and estimates.
- Conduct outbound outreach to our customers, sharing our promotions and services, and scheduling service appointments
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally with familiarity in heating, cooling, or plumbing
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on level of experience
