We are currently looking for a hard-working Landscape Grounds Supervisor to fit in with our team.
- Previous employment at a landscape or construction company is preferred.
- Is interested in landscaping and respect for the environment.
- Will have a strong work ethic - hard working, flexible availability, good attitude, teamwork, and cooperation skills.
- Is capable of physical labour.
- Is committed to working in a safe manner.
- Has experience with small engine equipment & machines.
- Has experience with or would like to learn carpentry skills.
- Has knowledge of electrical systems.
- Has a flexible schedule and able to work Monday - Friday, plus some Saturdays during peak season.

Some duties will include:

- Ensures the effective maintenance of facilities for replacements and upgrades.
- Ensure your equipment, tools, work environment and maintenance facility are cleaned to standards.
- Maintain and repairs small engine equipment & machines.
- Maintain service records and logs for all vehicles and equipment.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance for residential customers.
- Develops recommendations for clients for on-going operation of maintenance and related services based on site evaluations.
- Repairing irrigation systems for customers.
- Installing lighting systems (low voltage) and light fixture for landscape lighting.
- Install and repair computer systems and programing for pool automation.
- Set lighting, irrigation, pools, water features to an automated program for the homeowner to use.
- Assisting with project managing: Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work.

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
