**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant lounge, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate restaurant lounge staff to deliver high-quality food presentation and service.
- Manage team schedules, training and foster a positive work environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Support inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, reservations, guest seating, resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall Dining and Dinner Show experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Pantry and Dining areas.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is a definite.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food presentation for Buffets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Experience with cash handling and point of sales system procedures Mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
