Loader Operator

The Loader is responsible for stacking and moving garbage within the enclosed facility. The role is also responsible for stacking concrete and the dirt piles. This role requires a high level of safety standards that cannot compromised and will also be responsible for directing traffic.

**Key Functions & Duties**:

- Operate a wheel loader and front loader machine
- Load waste and stack materials to assigned designated areas
- Sort stack and process materials as directed
- Complete pre-operational equipment checks, and other documentation as assigned
- Complies with all health and safety regulations as well as company policies
- Operate two-way radio or other communication devices as required
- Maintain a safe and orderly working environment
- Other general duties as assigned by leader

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1 year experience in construction and or waste management
- Well organized and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skill
