**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure partnerships with Web3 and Web2 infrastructure, DeFi, SocialFi, GameFi, and Liquid Staking entities.

Maintain excellent relationships with partners and stakeholders through effective communication and non-violent communication techniques.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Engage in public speaking events to represent our brand and services, enhancing community engagement and visibility.

Travel as necessary to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Perform in the environment of accountability and responsibility.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in securing and managing strategic partnerships in the blockchain or DeFi sectors.

Strong understanding of Liquid Staking mechanisms and the broader DeFi landscape.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to relate to different stakeholders using non-violent communication methods.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage responsibilities effectively.

Knowledge of human psychology to enhance negotiation and partnership management.

Prior people management experience is nice to have.

Willingness to travel internationally.

A public speaking experience with a track record of engaging audiences is nice to have.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in sales management within technology, finance, or a closely related industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and business plans.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members.
