**Pristine Grounds Maintenance Inc.** has an opening for an experienced individual interested in continuing a career or long-term employment opportunity with room for growth and promotions in the landscaping and snow removal industry. We are looking for a snow removal crew lead that is driven to lead our sidewalk crew and provide the best snow removal possible. Training will be provided.

Tasks include snow removal, grounds maintenance and spring/fall cleanups. Tasks may also include customer service as you will be front facing on our properties. The individual will be in constant contact with machines such as snow sweepers, plow trucks, bobcats, truck and trailer assemblies, ride-on and push lawn mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, hand tools.

Bobcat experience

Plow truck experience

Mechanics experience

**Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Leading the ground maintenance crew (snow removal, grass cutting, hedge trimming, edging)
- Driving truck and trailers
- Taking responsibility for the quality of crew performance
- Showing up on time every day, punctual, follows instructions, setting an example
- Must hold themselves with integrity
- Displaying leadership skills
- Maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service
- Dedicated and hardworking

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**:

- Has the ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, hot and cold temperatures
- Repetitive tasks
- Ability to handle physically demanding day to day operations
- Frequent standing, lifting 50 lbs, walking and crouching
- 8 - 10 hours shifts 5 days a week during summer
- On call with retainer pay during the winter months, working all hours of the day and night

**Attributes to be considered as a successful applicant includes**:

- MUST HAVE Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must comply with criminal background check
- Ability to perform physical tasks with little supervision
- Has a willingness to learn, work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Always following Pristine Grounds Maintenance Safety Policies and Procedures
- Has at least 1 year of ground maintenance and snow removal experience
- Must own a vehicle to get to and from the shop

**Pristine Grounds Maintenance Inc.** offers competitive wages, and guaranteed hours during the winter months. Minimum starting wage is $18/hr, negotiable based on skill set and experience.

Uniforms are required to be worn on all sites.

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
