- Responsible for training all FOH staff on drink menu; support GM with training new hires and retraining existing staff
- In charge of all bar ordering, define and maintain min stock levels
- Responsible for inventory management, period end, manage and code all bar invoices; identify discrepancies with inventory or period end and take corrective action
