**Tire Technician Job Description**

At Newmarket Tire n Mag, we take pride in delivering high-quality automotive services with a focus on safety, speed, and customer satisfaction. We're currently seeking reliable, hard-working Tire Technicians to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on cars, light trucks, or commercial vehicles
- Inspect and assess tire tread and sidewall damage
- Maintain tools and tire machines in safe, working order
- Assist in keeping the shop clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service and answer basic tire-related questions

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Comfortable using tire machines, balancers, and basic shop tools
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard
- Can lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work in a busy shop

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire systems and automotive components.
- Experience in sales related to automotive products is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
