**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective delivery of support services to Clients;
- Develop, manage and mentor a team of client account managers and collections support staff;
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to support services;
- Maintain regular communication with Clients and attend Client performance and compliance meetings;
- Participate in corporate audit and certification processes;
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the department is meeting or exceeding targets;
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback on areas of strength as well as opportunity to team members;
- Develop and manage departmental budgets.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in support services or client account management;
- Thorough understanding of the collections and customer service industries;
- Established leadership and management skills with a proven track record of effectively managing a team with multiple priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with Clients and colleagues at all levels;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of collections industry regulations and best practices is an asset;
