**Do you have what we’re looking for?**
- At least 1 to 3 years of Hydraulic, Automotive or Heavy-Duty parts sales experience would be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated people skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of products and services sold within our market.
- Must be customer service driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Mechanical aptitude or skills are a definite asset.

**Here’s a typical day**:

- Responds to the customer's inquiries in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate orders with Shipping Dept.
- Assist with displays and equipment by keeping shelves organized, stocked and clean.
- Takes necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follows-up and verifies commitments are met afterwards.
- Provides alternate products or solutions for out of stock or long lead time items.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Sourcing parts to fill order and customer requirements.
- Purchasing of parts and components for orders and stock items.
- Assist in maintaining computer pricing and updates from vendors.
- Maintains and builds their technical knowledge on various product lines to broaden their system knowledge.
