**IMMEDIATE ROLE**:
The incumbent oversees and manages all aspects of the company's logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. This role ensures that the supply chain is efficient and cost effective throughout the organization in North America.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities and systems.
Develop and implement logistic strategies and processes to optimize operational efficiency within budget target, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitor and control stock levels, forecasting demands, and implementing strategies to optimize storage and delivery processes while meeting Company’s quality standards.
Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers, carriers and other logistics partners to find the best and most cost-effective partners of 3PL and optimize resource allocation
Ensure compliance with laws, customs, relevant regulations and standards.
Stay appraised and recommend logistics software and systems to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with other departments to streamline processes, address related issues to meet and ensure customer satisfaction.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Degree or Diploma in Logistics, SCM or relevant field
5 to 7 years’ experience in similar or comparable role.
Demonstrated and recognized Leader
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Accurate, Attentive to Detail, Dependable and Adaptable with excellent Judgement
highly productive under pressure and ability to solve problems quickly
Analytical and Proficient in logistics management tools and software.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and collaborate regularly with various departments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
