**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies.
- Educate team members on best practices, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, particularly in swimming techniques and safety measures.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, communication, and professional growth.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or participants promptly and effectively.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff assignments to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of team activities, incidents, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- A commitment to safety and the well-being of all participants is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet operational demands.
