This position is on a country estate near Kingcity.

The position at times requires repetitive work including manual grass cutting, trimming, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, window cleaning, fall cleanup of leaves, etc.

**Requirements**:
Must be in good physical condition & enjoy working in the outdoor environment. Someone who likes working in this type of work.

Works well with others in a team environment.

Since this is a country estate, it requires your own transportation to work G or G2 license.

**Availability**

8 hours a day, 5 days a week. (except rain days)

On work days, Employees should have a clear schedule to work, no personal appointments if possible.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
