Cortex Physio and Rehab is a brand new physiotherapy clinic in Windsor, Ontario seeking an outgoing and organized Patient Service Representative to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience This role combines leadership with hands-on responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance submissions, billing, staff coordination, and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing patient appointments and records
- Processing insurance claims, collect payments, ordering supplies
- Supporting physiotherapists with treatment preparation and clinic flow
- Greeting patients, handling patient inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly in line with health and safety and privacy standards

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Medical Office Administration (or similar)
- Previous healthcare or clinic administration experience an asset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
- Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and EMR software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask
- Possess compassion, empathy, professionalism, and integrity

Pay: $17.20-$36.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
