**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily tasks.
- Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople in their duties as required.
- Help with the installation of structures and framing, including windows, doors, drywall, and flooring.
- Help with mudding, taping, primer and pain work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to assist in project layout.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
**Skills**
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in construction field is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with safety practices in construction settings is a plus.
