We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our Trades department team to assist in handling the day-to-day processing of transactions. This full-time, on-site role is essential to our success and requires a professional individual with superior customer service skills to communicate with Realtors®.

Monday to Friday, in-person, from 9am to 5pm. Salary based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing transaction paperwork and prepare trade records in Real Estate related software programs including Nexone & LoneWolf
- Effectively communicate with Realtors® about paperwork to ensure compliance with provincial and local governing bodies
- Communicate with Realtors®, branch managers, legal professionals, & other administrators
- Prepare and send invoices to lawyers or other brokerages
- Process commission cheques and finalize payroll through BrokerWolf
- Follow-up for the balance of commission or confirmation of closing
- Receiving mail, courier bags from branches and third parties and distribute items
- Effectively manage and adhere to the systems in the Trades Department to assist with the growth of the company
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Required skills & knowledge**:

- Ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively
- Solid data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Polite and professional customer service communication, both verbal and written
- Team player with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite
- Experience in Real Estate accounting and deals administration an asset but not required
- French language an asset but not required

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
