**Position Summary**:
At the Toronto Design Centre, our Product Development teams provide solutions to our customers through the design and development of AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies. In this role, you will:

- Provide product data coordination and management including complex change management, obsolescence, new part setup, and product structuring.
- Provide documentation control of Quality Management System procedures.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage product data from initial set up till obsolescence in our Product Life Management system.
- Receive, and process Engineering changes in system.
- Provide product technical data setup support for printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or other custom parts and documents.
- Analyze change requests and verify data completion.
- Keep the system’s documentation accurate and handle data integrity issues.
- Ensure the proper data storage, readiness and ease of retrieval.

**Experience Required**:

- Secondary school diploma and additional courses, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain processes and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Basic experience in mechanical/electrical engineering - component level.
- PLM system - Aras Innovator
- ERP system
- MCAD Applications (Autocad) knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to plan completion of tasks and allocate time by priority using best methods and procedures to follow
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and get necessary information.
