We are a leading service company specializing in merchandising, in-store marketing, and product demonstrations. We are currently looking for a **Team Lead in Merchandising** to join our dynamic team in **Oshawa**

**What We Offer**:

**Stable Schedule**: Monday to Thursday, **6 AM - 2 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM**.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of 4 to 12 merchandisers** in executing store remodeling projects.
- **Train, support, and evaluate team members** to maintain high performance standards.
- **Ensure flawless execution of planograms** and store layouts.
- **Manage daily challenges** to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
- Occasionally travel to different store locations
- **rare overnight stays may be required**
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** as an **Assistant Manager in a grocery store** or **Team Lead in merchandising**.
- **Excellent leadership and organizational skills** with strong attention to detail.
- **Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities**.
- **Fluency in English is required; French is optional.**:

- **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle** (mileage reimbursement applies - first and last 30 km not reimbursed).
- Comfortable with **occasional travel and overnight stays for specific projects**.
