**Your role and responsibilities**:
Under the responsibility of the production supervisors, you will have as main responsibilities according to the assigned department:

- Molding and/or unmolding fiberglass blades;
- Trimming, cutting, sanding and/or repairing blades;
- Assembling components according to specifications;
- Preparing and/or finishing the blades;
- Ensure compliance with specific occupational health and safety standards;
- Achieve manufacturing quality objectives.

- High school diploma or equivalency (Asset);
- At least six (6) months of work experience in manufacturing or a similar field could be able to compensate for the studies (Asset);
**Your working conditions**:

- Schedules of 12 hours (1 week of 36h, 1 week of 48h - alternately);
- Day or night schedules;
- Must be willing to comply with a pre-employment screening, including but not limited, reference verification and background check;
- Must have the unrestricted Canadian work authorization or obtain work authorization in short term.

- **$23.08/h regular wage upon taking up employment and $36.02/hour in overtime (according to the collective agreement);**
- **In addition, there is $1.40/hour night premium and $1.00/hour weekend premium;**
