Shifts are typically Saturday and Sunday overnights from 10PM to 6AM. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Assist with any guest requests or deliveries. - Support the Night Auditor in monitoring the building safety. This includes regular walks through the parking areas and floors. - Be active and work with the Night Auditor on any guest related issues - Cleaning may include, but is not limited to; removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, buffing, cleaning carpets, washing windows scrubbing floors and ceilings, and sanitizing restrooms. - Follow established procedures and policies when completing tasks - Perform other tasks as assigned by management. **Qualifications**: - Must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain professionalism at all times. - Must have a high level of attention to detail. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven self-motivation, ability to work well with minimum supervision. - Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees. **This Position has physical requirements**: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced ability for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push and pull carts and equipment on a regular and continuing basis.
