**About this team**:
The People Analytics & Insights team at lululemon is on a journey to create a high-performance work culture by support the People & Culture (HR) organization and the business with data-driven insights. As a People Data Analyst, you will work with stakeholders build reports, metrics and other data products that support the People & Culture and the business. You will be responsible for evaluating requests, partnering with the rest of the People Analytics team, and supporting stakeholders by designing and distributing the right data products.

**A day in the life**:

- Review and evaluate data and analytics requests as they are submitted, and work with requesters to identify the right solutions and products for their needs.
- Build and deliver analytical and BI solutions, such as scorecards and dashboards, including guides and other supportive materials.
- Presents compelling and relevant data findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Scale and champion self-service by guiding stakeholders to find available data and metrics that meet their immediate needs.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners when necessary to develop holistic data products.
- Work on project teams to design actionable metrics & analytics from a variety of different sources.
- Socializing and ensuring consistency around data quality through education and process improvements.
- Support ad hoc data requests for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights
- Digs deeper than the surface level of requests to discover what stakeholders really need and suggest more impactful output.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI and Excel
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation
- Presentations skills that includes translating data insights to consumable language
- Experience with employees and organizational data is preferred
- Discretion and experience working with sensitive and confidential data
- Training in a quantitative field, computer science, economics, or other relevant fields.
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills
- SQL, querying, data mining & cleaning skills
- Experience with R or Python is a plus
- Experience with Workday and Avature is a plus
