The Shop Technician will be responsible for managing the shop, by making sure all tools, equipment and vehicles are working properly as well as manage the inventory of materials.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Maintain the shop, garage and yard, including inventory, machines, spare parts and tools.
- Repair certain tools and equipment or lead their repair and maintenance at the dealership
- Receive deliveries at shop; assist in loading/unloading as required.
- Transportation of machines and/or parts to and from pickup or repairs.
- Transporting machines to and from work sites
- Gassing, fueling, greasing, and sharpening of machines and vehicles.
- Making purchases, receiving material, and data entry into system
- Manage inventory of landscape materials
- Other related duties and tasks

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be able to drive and operate all machines used at Strathmore.
- Good physical endurance to load / unload material and tie down machines on trailers.
- Must be able to drive and park a vehicle with a trailer on it.
- Must have a class 5 driving or full G License with a clean driving record.
- Autonomous and organized
- Must speak French or English.
