**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Fabricate food products according to established recipes and specifications.
- Package finished products for distribution, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and product measurements.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with maintenance tasks.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for measuring ingredients and managing inventory.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining production equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
