Cleaner (Part-time)

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed to ensure facility upkeep
- Conduct facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs or preventative upkeep to maintain safety standards
- Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with heavy lifting tasks safely during cleaning or maintenance procedures
- Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards set by company policies and client expectations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns
**Requirements**:
- Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during cleaning routines
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
