**ACCOUNTING ROUTE ADMINISTRATOR - Mississauga, Ontario (onsite 5 days a week)**

The position is responsible for reviewing, verifying and processing collection revenue for Canada and US Route locations. This role will also include producing weekly reporting for customers at our Family Entertainment Centers.

You will review, verify and process daily route amusement game collections in a proprietary database, verify cash and credit card revenue and calculate float. You will identify cash/credit card variances, resolve discrepancies and correct collection errors, update the database with the movement of amusement games, check prize inventory added to amusement games, and audit route collector documentation & controls to ensure the accuracy of game meters.

You will produce weekly reporting and respond to inquiries, clarify discrepancies, request back-up and information, distribute reports and provide administrative & collection process & procedural support for Canada & US route collectors, executive/management and leadership regional teams.

**These are the standards we look for**:

- College Diploma in Accounting is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a Finance Accounting Clerk role.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Typing Speed 80 wpm
- Excellent organizational, project and time management skills required.
- Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
