Project Manager

ASK Environmental is looking to hire an enthusiastic individual to our team as a Project Manager. The role of the project manager is to manage projects within our scope of work of asbestos and mold testing and removals. This role is suited for someone with experience in the construction or restoration industry with experience of managing projects. As a project manager, you will report directly to the CEO and work alongside the project team members.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and update project documentation including initial project scope, work progress, changing in scope, etc
- Prepare, monitor and update project schedules
- Communicate project scopes to field teams
- Complete site inspections to ensure project scope and company work standards and procedures are being followed
- Coordinate activities on site including employee scheduling, equipment rentals, disposals
- Effectively provide clients with project timelines and updates
- Inform accounting of project completion for invoicing
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of project managing experience in the construction or restoration industry
- Leadership Skills
- Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Critical thinking and ability to problem solve
- Quick learner and highly motivated
- Ability to maintain professionalism
**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year
