**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients (in-person and/or virtual options available).
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans.
- Use a variety of therapeutic approaches suited to client needs (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed).
- Work with clients recovering from Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs), supporting emotional regulation, trauma, and coping strategies as part of an interdisciplinary care plan.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by your respective college (CRPO or OCSWSSW).
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to support integrated client care when appropriate.
- Actively participate in team culture and occasional peer consultation.

**Qualifications**
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with CRPO **or**

Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) in good standing with OCSWSSW.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (supervised or independent); private practice and/or MVA experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, and post-accident emotional recovery.
- Training in one or more evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, EFT).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Liability insurance in place.
- Flexible availability (some evening or weekend availability is preferred).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $74.80-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
