Field Technician

CleanEarth Industrial Services is adding full-time Field Technicians to their safety-oriented team in Enfield NS.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Field Technicians are responsible to drive service equipment to and from worksites, load/unload and haul liquid using specialized equipment and execute spill clean-ups.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Comply with all safe work practices, policies, and act is a safe manner at all times to ensure the Health and Safety of the work environment;
Ensure proper operation of equipment and loading/unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste;
Operates and drives service equipment and assists with job site preparation;
Rigging equipment in and out;
Clean and maintain equipment and ensure equipment is always mechanically sound and in good working order;
Properly complete paper documentation for the job, including pre/post trips;
Maintain daily logs, worksheets, timecards, trip reports and vehicle inspection reports

Communicates with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day;
Work as part of a team with customers, coworkers and supervisors

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Class 3 license is required;
Regulatory safety tickets are considered an asset (e.g. First Aid with CPR, H2S, Confined Space Entry); **will provide training**

Ability to work with mínimal supervision, in a team and in a safety focused environment;
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods of time;
Willingness to travel is considered an asset
