Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
General Cleaning:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.

Bathroom Maintenance:
Clean and disinfect restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Restock paper products and toiletries as needed.

Trash Removal:
Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas, ensuring proper recycling practices are followed. Replace trash liners and maintain cleanliness in trash receptacles.

Surface Sanitization:
Sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops, to prevent the spread of germs.

Window and Glass Cleaning:
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a streak-free and clear appearance.

Floor Care:
Follow proper procedures for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and using floor cleaning equipment. Address spills promptly to prevent slips and falls.

Specialized Cleaning Tasks:
Execute specialized cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and floor waxing.

Stock and Inventory Management:
Monitor and report cleaning supply levels, and request replenishments as necessary. Keep cleaning equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
Follow all health and safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Identify and report potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.

Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with other staff members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning efforts. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning schedule.

Customer Service:
Provide a positive and helpful presence to facility users, responding to cleaning requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cleaner or custodian.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move cleaning equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

**Salary**: $15.60-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
