We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products, including features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Agriculture background an asset
