The RECE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education to our children. The Supervisor provides leadership and guidance to our team, supports & promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment, and maintains compliance with all regulations and standards.
The RECE Supervisor works directly with the Director collaboratively to ensure the Program Runs smoothly and efficiently.
The RECE Supervisor Works in Program for half of the day.
Qualifications:
- Must have Minimum 2 Years Experience as a RECE.
- Must be Current and in Good Standing with the College of ECE
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (current within 6 months)
- Must be up to date on all required immunizations
- Current Standard First Aid - Level C with CPR and AED Certification
- Experience & Understanding of working in a child care centre (MOE, AQI & TPH)
- Well-versed in How Does Learning Happen & Early Learning for Every Child Today
**Skills**:
- Strong & Positive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Strong Command of the English language both oral and written
**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
