Job title: TRR/Buyer

Location: Caledonia, Ontario, Canada

**Position Summary**:
The primary purpose of the TRR/Buyer is responsible for freight and traffic coordination, purchasing and invoice processing for the Caledonia DC.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Schedules and coordinates all inbound and outbound freight and traffic.
- Ensures efficient and effective logistics relating to importing products.
- Processes invoices for all freight payments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Liase with Finance and Purchasing to ensure a proper month-end.
- Works with plants and inter-market group to ensure accuracy of trans-border documentation.
- Perform customs/traffic projects as required.
- Actively maintains internal Auditor status through training and conducting audits.
- Support Shipping and Receiving processes.

**What will make you successful**:

- College diploma in Business Administration or other related discipline preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service role is considered an asset
- Experience working in a warehouse in a Unionized environment would be a definite asset
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail with strong initiative, customer service focused attributes
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point required
- Good computer skills, experience in SAP preferred
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
