Our mission statement is:

- Prepare all menu items according to Smitty’s specifications
- Keep the work area well stocked following FIFO guide
- Understand all systems for food safety, quality and cleanliness:

- Temperature Check List
- Sanitizer Levels
- Cleaning Check Lists
- Stocking Lists
- Dishwashing
- Follow proper cleaning of all equipment
- Quality check on all orders received
- Ensure proper storage methods of all incoming food orders
- Ensure food is rotated properly
- Report maintenance issues to Kitchen Manager
- Garbage disposal
- Other duties as assigned
