Job requirements: The Cleaner is a vital member of our team responsible for ensuring our exceptional cleanliness standards are maintained. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a commitment and dedication to excellence in all aspects of cleaning operations.
- ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
- Address any deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness logs and documentation for quality assurance purposes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness to their needs
- Address client feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed their expectations
