**Your day-to-day**:
This is a hybrid role - you will perform shifts and a cashier and you will perform shifts as a Keyholder/MOD. As a cashier, you will be the first and last contact for customers entering and exiting the store. Your role is to be friendly, helpful and efficient, ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable experience. Other tasks and duties you may perform include:

- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Manage transactions with customers using out POS system
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Maintain clean and tide checkout areas, including, following all COVID-19 protocols

As a Keyholder/MOD, your role is to ensure that store operations run smoothly in the absence of a store manager or assistant manager. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

- Resolve customer complaints
- Complete Manager on Duty check list
- Check and log temperature checks
- Ensure that all cleaning logs are being followed
- Cash employees off at the end of their shift
- Support employees with questions or problems that arise
- Make end of day deposits
- Completing end of night closing lists
- Responsible for locking up and setting alarm
- Other duties as assigned
