**[About the role]**

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI features and solutions for the ProtoPie ecosystem. As a member in the Product team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute on an AI roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep understanding of AI technologies, a customer-centric product mindset, and excellent execution and effective communication skills.

- ** Define AI Product Vision**:
- Articulate a clear vision, strategy aligning user and business problems
- ** Drive Product Delivery**:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions, aligning execution with the product vision and business goals
- ** Prioritize Requirements**:
- Prioritize features using data-driven and research-based insights
- ** Product Documentation and Backlog**:
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documentation (PRD) to guide implementation and hit goals
- Maintain and update the product backlog reflecting changing priorities
- ** User and Market Awareness**:
- Conduct data analysis, extract insights, and provide conclusions with visualizations
- Engage with users to delve deeper into problems
- Stay ahead of AI trends and ensure the product leverages emerging technologies to meet market demands.

**[Qualifications]**

**Must**
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, startup co-founder or similar technical role
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and proficient in Korean
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

**Plus**
- Experience with using and integrating LLMs to deliver products and features
- Experience building a team for AI capabilities
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Experience managing day-to-day product direction
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
