We currently have a need for **CNC Operators **at our facility in Elmira for our all shifts (Days, Afternoons, Midnights). **CNC Operators **use computer numerically controlled (CNC) to safely and efficiently maintain, control and operate CNC Anglemaster machines used in the fabrication of our products. NOC code for this role is 9417.

**Success Factors**:

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools an asset
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills (mechanical and mathematical assessment will be done if selected for an interview)
- Able to focus, attention to detail and results-driven approach
- Good communication abilities
- Knowledge of relative safety standards
- A high energy level, a positive attitude and able to work without direct supervision
- Ability to work well with others as a member of a team as well as independently
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**Shifts (straight, non-rotating)**:
**Day - Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm**

**Afternoon - Monday to Friday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm**

**Midnight - Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am**

**Wages & Benefits**:
CNC start rate: $23.04 and moves to $23.85 after 6 months.

Afternoon shift premium $0.75 / hour and night shift premium $1.00 / hour.
