This crucial role involves developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Master's degree is an asset. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data management, strategy, and analysis. - Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and security principles, with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Ability to implement data procedures and governance at a company level. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. - Experience with data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud platforms is an asset. **As a Data Strategy and Analysis Manager, what will your responsibilities be?** - Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals, identifying opportunities for innovation. - Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring integrity, quality, and security across all systems. - Lead data analysis efforts, providing actionable insights for business improvement, and oversee dashboard development. - Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Collaborate with various departments to integrate data-driven approaches and communicate insights to senior management. - Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives. - Promote the use of data and analytics across the organization to drive strategic initiatives.
